Construction and public works

The Plaine du Var has historically been home to public works activities, with over 900 companies dedicated to manufacturing and storage, representing 5800 jobs.

These local companies will be largely associated with the construction of new buildings within the Eco-Vallée operation. One of the key issues will be to organize their relocation in the territory since a number of them occupy large surfaces on land which is situated at the heart of the urban planning project.
